  • Listing Agent is responsible for reviewing all documents before we send them out.

  • Price per transaction: $150

Buyer’s or Seller side (partial) transactions:

  • Add contacts to KWCommand

  • Create Opportunity in KWCommand

  • Upload executed documents to Command from DocuSign or Dotloop to KWCommand

  • Submit forms to office MCA for compliance

  • Inform Realtors if any forms are missing or needed

  • Submit commission information

  • Price per transaction: $50
